NVPAC may from time to time have funds available to offer as grants to member PACs to assist those organizations in enhancing the services they provide. The types of grants and criteria for each are listed in the table below. Grants are not intended to subsidize fundraisers. As the needs of the school PACs change or the availability of funds change, grants may be added or removed from the list. Similarly, the dollar value of each type of grant may be altered. There are a limited number of grants available each year. Funds will be REDISTRIBUTED by the committee for any EVENTS THAT HAVE NOT been confirmed/secured by March 1, to other applicants by MARCH 30.
To apply for a BCCPAC membership or AGM grant please send the NVPAC Treasurer (email@example.com) a copy of page one of the GRANT APPLICATION FORM and the paid invoice. Deadline for reimbursement for BCCPAC membership is October 31, 2018 and for AGM reimbursement is June 15, 2018.
To apply for a Family of Schools grant please send the NVPAC Treasurer (firstname.lastname@example.org) a copy of the GRANT APPLICATION FORM, your current year PAC BUDGET and BALANCE SHEET, as well as the EVENT BUDGET including funding from other sources by December 31, 2018. Application will be EVALUATED by a COMMITTEE by January 31, 2019. Cheques will not be issued until the event occurs and a final invoice is available. Please attach paid invoice or if event has not yet occurred, please forward when available.
Cheques will be issued to the PAC not to individuals.
NVPAC requests that credit is given at the event, in the event advertising and in the next PAC or school newsletter acknowledging NVPAC’s financial support of the training, event or purchase.
