CASL (Canadian Anti Spam Legislation)

"OLD" Society Act
This is a link to the old Society Act which is effect until November 27, 2016.
"NEW" Societies Act
The new Societies Act comes into effect November 28, 2016 and organizations such as PACs will have two years, until November 28, 2018 to transition.
